Everything went really well on Friday. Delivery and set up was smooth. Drivers were very courteous and helpful. The teens LOVED the obstacle course. Most of them were shocked at how challenging it was. Our shortest time was 10 seconds. Pick up and take down went well once they guys got there. Once they arrived they worked their tails off.

Let me start by saying your delivery and pick up staff were great, on schedule and very helpful. Everything went great on the weekend, the event was very well attended and the weather co-operated. The equipment worked excellent and everyone seemed to enjoy the challenge/skill level on both pieces of equipment. Not too hard but also not too easy, there was a line-up for most of the day to have a try and ring the bell and quite a few just watching. Thanks for all your help.

Things went great. The kids LOVED it, as I knew they would (what kid doesn't love a bouncy castle, right?). Unfortunately it did start to rain quite heavily so we ended up turning the bouncer off because quite a bit of water was collecting inside. But we did get a few solid hours of use out of it. I found your staff to be great! They were very friendly and knew what they were doing, which is exactly what we needed (as we did not know how to set it up etc). I did have to call someone to ask if I should shut it off, and that person was nice too. They were also very punctual which we really appreciated, especially after being out in the rain for a few hours! All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you for your follow-up, we will definitely keep you in mind for next year's event.

Everything went well. Mike was very helpful. We did have a bit of a problem with the one half of one of the obstacles we rented - it wasn't keeping air in for some reason. So I called Mike and he came back and fixed it and everything worked out well!
